Scope
These terms apply to contracts between DMA Gebäudereinigung UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and business customers. Individual agreements, the quotation and its service specification take priority.
Quotation and contract
Quotations are based on information provided or conditions identified during a site visit. A contract is formed when the quotation or a confirmed order is accepted. Changes to the scope are agreed separately.
Scope and customer cooperation
Type, extent, frequency and timing are defined in the quotation. The customer provides access, relevant information and any agreed utilities in good time, and advises DMA of hazards, sensitive materials and special protection requirements.
Service concerns
Any apparent deviation should be reported promptly and specifically so that DMA can inspect it and, where justified, remedy it within a reasonable period. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Payment
The prices and payment dates in the quotation apply. Additional or changed services are charged only after agreement. VAT is shown where required.
Liability
DMA is liable under applicable law for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence affecting an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to the typical foreseeable loss. Mandatory liability remains unaffected.
Final provisions
German law applies. Where legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is DMA’s registered office. Amendments should be recorded in text form.
