Privacy
How we protect your personal data.
This English version explains how DMA processes personal data on this website, through forms and when optional analytics is enabled.
This English text is provided for transparency. The complete German privacy policy is the authoritative version.
Controller
DMA Gebäudereinigung UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Altkönigstraße 13, 65779 Kelkheim am Taunus, Germany; represented by Deniz Aslan. Phone: +49 6195 7581984. Email: info@dma-gebaeudereinigung.de.
What data we process and why
We process technical connection data to deliver and protect the website; details you submit to answer enquiries, arrange callbacks, handle complaints and applications, prepare or perform contracts and meet legal obligations; and optional usage data only after analytics consent. Data normally comes directly from you, your browser or device. Business contact details may also come from an employer, nominated contact or lawful public business source.
Hosting and IONOS WebAnalytics
IONOS SE hosts the website and processes technical request data. IONOS states that visitor data is anonymised at collection and retained for eight weeks. Its cookie-free WebAnalytics service evaluates requested pages, referrers, browser, operating system, device, time and an immediately anonymised IP address for technical optimisation and aggregate statistics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation.
Enquiries, callbacks and complaints
Required fields are marked with an asterisk. The information is encrypted in transit and forwarded by WordPress to the designated DMA email recipient. Form content is not kept as a separate customer or complaint database in WordPress. A technical log only keeps the 30 most recent form type, time and success or failure status, without names, messages, contact details or documents.
Applications
Application details and documents are used to assess and process the relevant application under section 26 German Federal Data Protection Act. Uploads are removed from the temporary server location after email transmission and are not retained in the WordPress media library. Unsuccessful applications are normally deleted no later than six months after the process ends. A candidate pool requires separate consent and is limited to twelve months.
Cookies and analytics
The necessary dma_cookie_consent cookie stores your choice for 365 days. Optional DMA aggregate statistics and Google Analytics 4 only start after consent. The optional DMA browser marker lasts 365 days; aggregate daily DMA values are deleted after 36 months. Google Analytics user and event data is configured for 14 months and its optional cookies may generally remain for up to two years. You can reject optional analytics without any disadvantage and change or withdraw your choice at any time through the footer.
Recipients, transfers and retention
Access is limited to responsible DMA staff and necessary hosting, email, IT and professional service providers. Authorities receive data only where legally required. Google, WhatsApp or Instagram may process data outside the EEA. Depending on the recipient, transfers are based on an applicable adequacy decision, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified organisations, and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Pure enquiries without a contract are normally deleted twelve months after completion. Complaints are normally retained until the end of the regular three-year limitation period. Business letters are generally retained for six years, accounting records for eight years and other relevant tax records for up to ten years.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, or withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Contact info@dma-gebaeudereinigung.de. You may also complain to the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. No solely automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects takes place.
