A rough clean primarily removes loose heavy soil. Final cleaning prepares completed areas for inspection, fitting out or use to the agreed standard.
02When should final cleaning take place?
Once the main trades have completed their work and the relevant areas can remain accessible. Later trade work may create a need for another visit.
03Do you dispose of construction waste?
Agreed, clearly identified non-hazardous loose materials may be included. Hazardous or undeclared waste and larger disposal tasks require separate arrangements.
04Can paint, adhesive or mortar residues be removed?
Only where the material, surface and suitable methods allow removal without damage. Persistent residues should be assessed before quotation.
