01When is deep cleaning appropriate?
It is useful when persistent dirt, traffic marks or old floor-care residues can no longer be removed adequately through routine cleaning. It may also be appropriate before a new floor-care treatment.
02Which floors can be deep-cleaned?
That depends on the material, condition and any existing finish. We assess the surface and select a suitable method before work starts; sensitive or unfamiliar materials may require a test area.
03Can old floor-care coatings always be removed completely?
Only where the floor material and coating system allow it and removal has been expressly agreed. Permanent discolouration, material damage and deeply absorbed residues cannot always be removed by cleaning.
04Can the area be used immediately afterwards?
Required drying or curing time depends on the method, flooring and any subsequent treatment. We agree these restrictions in advance.
05How is the price calculated?
Relevant factors include area, material, level of soiling, access, required result and equipment. A site survey is usually the most reliable basis.
