Your individual quote

What determines the cost?

Floor area, number of floors, floor finishes, entrance matting and footfall affect the work involved. The agreed tasks and cleaning frequency, accessibility and working hours also matter. Additional lift and glass surfaces are specified in the cleaning schedule so that the regular scope is clear.

How we prepare your quote

We clarify floors, communal areas and the required schedule. Where floor finishes, access or the scope of lift and glass cleaning are unclear, a site visit helps us prepare a well-founded quote.

Planning and process

Frequencies based on actual usage

Wet or temporarily restricted areas are clearly marked during cleaning.

Important for a realistic assessment

External cleaning, winter services, deep cleaning and care of sensitive specialist flooring are only included when expressly agreed.

  1. Step 1

    Inspect the property

We record floors, materials, access arrangements and areas where dirt accumulates.

  2. Step 2

    Agree the schedule

Frequency and tasks are matched to the building's actual demands.

  3. Step 3

    Account for seasons

Temporary adjustments can be agreed when dirt ingress increases.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions about stairwell cleaning

These answers provide initial guidance. The agreed scope is always defined for the individual site.

01How often should a stairwell be cleaned?

The appropriate frequency depends on the number of floors, footfall, flooring and dirt brought into the building. Busy commercial buildings generally need more frequent cleaning than smaller buildings with limited use.

02Is lift cleaning included?

Only when explicitly agreed. Interior surfaces, doors, controls and flooring can then be included with material-appropriate methods.

03Are entrance doors and glass surfaces included?

Small, easily accessible glass elements can be included in the regular schedule. A complete window and glass clean is usually agreed separately because of its scope and the methods required.

04Is winter service included?

No. Winter service is a separate service and is not part of routine stairwell cleaning.
