Windows and glass
Clean windows, entrances and internal glass partitions shape the first impression of a building. We plan the service according to the glass type, accessibility, level of soiling and required frequency.
Purpose and benefits
The service is suitable for offices, retail units, medical and professional premises, public-facing facilities and other commercial buildings. It can be scheduled regularly or as a one-off service after refurbishment or before an event. For ongoing maintenance, see our regular commercial cleaning.
Scope of service
Construction, accessibility and condition determine the right method. We therefore agree which elements, sides and associated surfaces are to be included before quotation.

Your individual quote
The number and size of panes, sides to be cleaned, soiling and required frequency determine the work involved. Glass type, coatings and safe access affect the methods and equipment needed. Frames, rebates, sills and any access equipment are agreed separately in advance.
We clarify the glazing, window types and required cleaning of panes, sides and frames. If height, access or soiling cannot be assessed adequately from the available information, we arrange a site visit before quoting.
Planning and process
Cleaning products and tools are selected to suit the glass, coatings and frame materials.
Cleaning cannot repair scratches, glass corrosion, damage or residues between sealed glazing units. We distinguish these conditions from removable dirt during the assessment.
Height, opening options, obstacles and required equipment are considered.
Glass, frames, rebates and sills are listed separately to avoid ambiguity.
We agree a service window that limits disruption to your operations.
Questions and answers
These answers provide initial guidance. The agreed scope is always defined for the individual site.
They can be included but are not automatically part of every visit. Glass and associated elements are listed separately in the quotation.
Subject to an access and safety assessment covering height, obstacles, opening options and the equipment required.
Frequency depends on the location, weather exposure, visitor levels and the required appearance. Prominent entrances and shopfronts usually need more frequent cleaning than sheltered internal glazing.
Light rain does not necessarily prevent cleaning. Strong wind, frost, extreme heat or other conditions affecting safety and quality may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
