Purpose and benefits

Cleaning planned around your hotel operations.

Whether you need selected areas cleaned or a recurring service, we first discuss requirements, access and time windows. We then assess which services we can reliably provide within our available capacity. Guest-room cleaning is agreed explicitly; additional housekeeping duties are not automatically included.

Scope of service

Areas covered by agreement

The scope is tailored to the property. Routine cleaning and deep cleaning are described and priced separately.

01

Check-out and stayover rooms

The agreed procedure distinguishes between check-out and stayover rooms. Room categories, access authorised by the hotel and respectful handling of guests’ belongings are discussed in advance.

02

Guest rooms and bathrooms

Cleaning of agreed floors, surfaces and washroom areas, taking account of materials, occupancy and access. Linen changes, minibar service and other housekeeping duties are included only if explicitly agreed.

03

Lobby and public areas

Reception, entrances, corridors, stairwells, lifts and communal spaces are planned around visitor levels and operating hours. Meeting rooms and administrative areas can also be included.

04

Deep and intensive cleaning

Intensive cleaning of suitable floors, edges and selected surfaces affected by persistent residues or heavy use. Methods and achievable results are assessed for the materials involved.

05

Glass and suitable kitchen areas

Glass surfaces and accessible, suitable kitchen surfaces can be agreed separately. Food-contact surfaces, specific hygiene requirements and technical equipment require prior assessment; specialist disinfection and equipment cleaning are not offered as a blanket service.

Planning and process

A defined scope rather than a standard package

The service specification records the areas, tasks and frequencies agreed. Special requirements and additional work are clearly distinguished.

Important for a realistic assessment

Hygiene requirements, sensitive materials and specific safety rules must be discussed before work begins. We commit only to the assessed and explicitly agreed scope.

  1. Step 1

    Discuss requirements

Areas, approximate floor space, room numbers, use and preferred service times establish the scope. We can clarify missing details together.

  2. Step 2

    Define the service

Tasks, frequencies, access and responsibilities are recorded in the service specification. A site visit can be arranged if needed.

  3. Step 3

    Coordinate with operations

Occupancy, guest activity and available time windows inform the plan. Changes are coordinated with your contact person.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions about hotel cleaning

These answers provide initial guidance. The agreed scope is always defined for the individual site.

01Do you provide guest-room cleaning and housekeeping?

Guest-room cleaning can be agreed after we assess the scope and our available capacity. We define appropriate tasks, access authorisation and time windows for check-out and stayover rooms. Linen changes, minibar service and other housekeeping duties are not automatically included and must be discussed separately.

02How are public areas and cleaning frequencies planned?

The lobby, reception, corridors, stairwells, lifts and other agreed areas are scheduled according to use and visitor levels. Busy spaces may need different frequencies from secondary areas. We coordinate service times with guest activity and available access.

03What does the service specification include?

It records the areas, cleaning tasks, frequencies, agreed responsibilities and relevant requirements. This makes the scope of the contract clear. Additional work and changes are agreed separately; a sample specification does not replace a property-specific agreement.

04Can you also arrange deep or intensive cleaning?

Deep or intensive cleaning of suitable floors and surfaces can be agreed separately. We assess the materials, condition, soiling and appropriate methods. These tasks are distinct from routine cleaning and are planned with their own scope and suitable time windows.

05How do we obtain a quotation for our hotel?

For an initial assessment, tell us the location, areas to be cleaned, approximate room count or floor space and possible service times. We can clarify missing details together. We review your requirements and our available capacity, arranging a site visit if needed. We then prepare a tailored quotation with a clearly defined scope.
